The Free Trial includes $0.50 in AI credits managed by coordinat.io (≈ 300–500 queries with GPT-4o mini). When exhausted, the chat stops working until you upgrade to a paid plan. Basic, Premium and Enterprise plans can use BYOK (your own API keys) with no markup, or top up managed credits at a 10–15% markup.

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the change is immediate. For downgrades, the change applies at the start of the next billing period.
No. All plans are billed monthly and you can cancel whenever you want from the admin panel, with no penalties.
The Free Trial includes $0.50 in credits (≈ 300–500 queries with GPT-4o mini). When exhausted, the chat is blocked and you’ll receive a notification to upgrade to the plan you need. On paid plans you can top up managed credits from the panel or enable BYOK to use your own keys at no extra cost.
