Terms and conditions of use

These terms govern access to and use of the coordinat.io platform and the coordinat Guard extension (the "Service"), owned by Owius ("coordinat.io"). By registering or using the Service you accept these terms.

2. Description of the Service

coordinat.io is an AI governance platform for businesses: it routes AI requests to different providers and applies data-loss-prevention (DLP), spend control, audit and other governance features. coordinat Guard is a browser extension that protects against sending sensitive data to public AI. The specific features depend on the contracted plan.

3. Account and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate data and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for the activity carried out from your account.
• The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, to attempt to compromise its security, or to resell it without authorization.
• Use of the AI models is additionally subject to each provider's usage policies.

4. Plans, prices and payments

• Current plans and prices are published on the pricing page. Launch prices may be subject to temporary conditions.
• The subscription is billed on a recurring basis through our payment provider (Stripe) until cancellation.
• AI consumption is paid with managed credit (prepaid) or with the customer's own keys (BYOK), as stated in the plan.
• Except where required by law, amounts already accrued are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

5. Trial period

If a trial period is offered, at the end you may choose a paid plan. We reserve the right to limit or withdraw trials for abusive use.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, brand and content belong to coordinat.io or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence needed to use the Service under these terms. The content you enter remains yours (or your organization's).

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance, technical causes or third parties (including AI providers). We may modify or discontinue features; material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, coordinat.io is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or the accuracy, suitability or legality of the responses generated by third-party AI models. The customer is responsible for the use it makes of such responses. coordinat.io's total liability is limited, where applicable, to the amounts paid by the customer in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to it.

9. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy. For data that coordinat.io processes on behalf of the customer, the data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) applies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious breach of these terms or non-payment. You may cancel at any time from the platform.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and unless consumer regulations provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts of the owner's domicile.
